Absolute shambles of a company, zero, communication. When parts eventually turned up the carbon hugger had a very obvious scratch. Tried calling and no answer as usual. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible communication, lead time was 2-4 weeks, after 10 weeks I escalated it through PayPal as there was almost no communication… amazingly as soon as it was escalated the part turned up 13 weeks later
Ordered a part from these guys a month ago. They won’t answer phones or communicate, nor has my part showed up. A $63 USD loss is worth the review these guys are getting.
Ordered few carbon bits for my aprilia. Every time I’ve ordered it come next day as before I’ve placed the order I’ve messaged on the phone number that’s on the website to make sure they have them in stock as it says on the websites to check availability before ordering! Everything fits like factory parts and the quality of the carbon it’s amazing. Highly recommend this place for aftermarket stuff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨
