I've used jap service parts a few times now never had an issue and will continue to use them! if you want the best parts at a decent price then you've found the company! super helpful via email when I had a question which was responded to quickly!
Ordered the OEM Honda part on Friday got it on the next Monday from Australia!! Excellent work and incredible delivery speed!
Placed a order on the 25/05 Saturday, the following Monday was a bank holiday. I no longer needed the part amd tried to call numerous times on Tuesday 28th with no answer, I also sent a email on that tuesday to which I still haven't had a reply to. They sent me a email around midday on that Tuesday to say the item has been dispatched, if someone had picked up the phone this could of been sorted before being sent out, now am debating to either keep part as spare or to spend more money to send item back.
Do not trust their delivery options. You will be paying extra for next day and they won’t choose next day when they ship it for you. Cheap poor quality product aswell
