Since they are specialists in Elgrands, I wanted someone who knows the van inside out to do a full inspection, service and MOT. They even helped me out providing a free rubber boot stopper part which I'd lost at some point during ownership. A small gesture but a great part of the overall service. As long as I live in the area I'll be back for maintenance support.

I’ve bought a few cars in my time but this was definitely the best experience. It’s the first time we’ve bought a Japanese Import and the first time we’ve bought from Jap Motors but I don’t think it will be the last. Top drawer in every respect, from our first visit to after sales help.
