Very friendly and helpful staff both yard and office staff.got me out of there very quick. Excellent price for scrap too. Great to deal with them.
Doesnt deserve the one star. Confirmed over the phone part would be ready to go in 30mins. Took 20mins for me to drive there, waiting 20mins for them to tell me they haven't even allocated the door and that it was only called through 10mins ago (I was there when the call was made) So far, have waited more than 1 hour since the call was made and still no part ready. Suggest that if this is the only place to get from, call a week in advance.
I highly recommend Jap Heaven Auto Recyclers. I’ve used them in the past for parts, and this time I purchased a low-km second-hand transmission for my Subaru XV. They had it fitted within two days and also fixed my horn by replacing the clock spring. Razz and Galip were excellent communicators and genuinely great people to deal with.
