Dr castiniera is wonderful, so 5 stars for her. That said, I found the check in person to be extremely rude and almost left because of her. There is absolutely no cause to argue with the customer!!! When someone stands at your window to check in and you don't acknowledge them and then defends yourself with "I didn't know why you were standing there, you have to walk up and state your name", then customer service is not your field. Had visits with Dr. Castineira and had a colonoscopy done by her in the past. Found her to be very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient with me. I know that I am a very anxious and depressed person, and she went beyond to help me with a problem I had with other doctors concerning their prescriptions that posed a problem with my GI system. Am grateful that I found her. She took the time and listened to my problems. Recommending her highly.
