I was referred to them because I had a friend that was in crisis mode that needed to be admitted. I made several attempts to contact the director directly and the admission staff. I waited on hold... They never returned my call for over seven hours, so I was pretty much forced to call 911 to help my friend get medical help because it is Friday. Terrible customer service as far as I know...
