We recently wrapped up a building conversion project, in which we used some Janus swing doors and other components. Overall super experience working with Janus, and Ryan Mitchell especially. This was our first project and he was super patient answering questions and getting an order together that met our needs. The Janus system itself is great, the hall partition and door components really go together nicely once you understand the process and pieces. Editing my review. I have subsequently had great tech support. Also the onsite contractrs are awesome. I went to support for help with a tenant issue. The AI hung up on me 3 times. I was told they would email information that I never received. I went to the chat to request it again. The chat sent me a messed up transcript instead of arranging an emailed answer. I tried again. The AI sent me to the same person that I spoke with who left without answering my question or sending the emailed info. So. 1 star. I would leave zero ... read more
