Need more space for semi truck to move
I went to support for help with a tenant issue. The AI hung up on me 3 times. I was told they would email information that I never received. I went to the chat to request it again. The chat sent me a messed up transcript instead of arranging an emailed answer. I tried again. The AI sent me to the same person that I spoke with who left without answering my question or sending the emailed info. So. 1 star. I would leave zero if I could. This was awful service. What's worse, it makes me look bad too.
