Rude and over-priced
DO NOT USE!! – Only added a star because I had to. We just moved here and got locked out of the house. Not because we didn't have a key, but because it's a really old house with one of those big black square lock boxes on the inside and the tiny latch was flipped up.. Anyway, we literally live right around the corner and they sent someone over. First looked at it and said there was nothing he could do and I was probably better off breaking the panel window next to the door ( cheaper to fix) but then just pushed the door open... read more
Rubish!! – Jantzen Lock is the BEST of the BEST!! I have never heard of anyone with that issue. I have never heard of their staff being rude what so ever either. They are the most helpful, down to earth ppl. They have provided excellent service to charleston for over 140 years now. You are the rude one. There is no need to be snooty to them. Im sure it takes a lot to make them be rude to someone and Im sure that they dont put up with any BS from rude ppl like yourself. As far as I'm concerned, what you have said is nonsense ... read more
AVOID!!!!! – I had a service call sheduled that they chose to change the time on. They were rude when I questioned them and the service manager could care less that I was not satisified with their service. He practically hung up on me as I was telling him what had happened. And on top of that they are extremely expensive. I can not believe they are still in service with such poor customer relations.
