Thomas and his team did two projects in my home. The first project went smoothly and we decided to give him more work. He has promised my wife and I, that he will come on a particular day on 8 separate occasions and never showed up. Thomas will not respond to any of our calls or texts. We are stuck with a half-finished project and don't know what to do. Its been over two months since he has responded to us, and continues to post his work on social media. Tomas and his excellent team are reliable and true experts in their field. For them, customer satisfaction is the top priority. During the project, I had many custom requirements, some of which were quite challenging, but they were all executed precisely and within the agreed timeframe.
