I live in Red Deer, Alberta. And Janssen helped me out without even any minimal introduction. And he did it on the Labour Day holiday. The value of the service I have received from this company was disproportionately greater than what I paid them . "Easily accessible, easy to talk to, honest and friendly". That's how I shall qualify Janssen.
These people refuse to do the proper maintenance. They will not remove snow or ice. My pipes froze and they just ignored my problem. No proper heat for two seasons. Total irresponsible people if nothing in it for them. Heat pump never worked in the unit from day one. Total discrepancy in what it was supposed to be. I waisted two years trying to get things repaired. Finally left there with a nice payment awarded by landlord tenant board.
