I haven't had a PCP in about 10 years, and with me approaching my 30's I figured I would look into getting a PCP. Dr Jansma was recommended by a coworker of mine. I had my first appointment with him today, and he was very nice and was very friendly to talk to. He took the time to listen about the past issues I had over the years and looked over my previous health records to make sure the same problems weren't lingering from when I was younger. I am so pleased with Dr. Jansma and his staff. The girls are so kind and helpful. I do not feel like I’m bothering them. My calls are answered promptly. I don’t have to push prompts over and over. I get to speak with them immediately. This is so rare now a days. They are more than (5) Stars as far as I’m concerned. My husband and I both have Dr. Jansma as our PCP. He takes his time and listens. He addresses any questions we gave. This is a great group!
Very efficiently run office. Kind & patient office staff. Results of testing & refilling medications are done in a very timely manner. Happy i am a patient there!!!
