Love me some Jans!
I hadn't been to Jan's in over 20 years. I heard that the second generation was running it now and I expected a drop off in quality. I was glad to see that the catfish was still amazing! Crisp filets that were flaky on the inside. Great meal and great service. I'll be back the next time I'm in town
Fish and shrimp is delicious . Fried okra and baked potato is great also. I love the appetizer with the beans and hush puppies .
Exceptional river restaurant! Her hospitality and the delicious food make for an unforgettable experience. Crispy fried catfish, fries, hushpuppies, and iced tea. Warm wooden interior, friendly service, and fair prices. Highly recommended spot!
