Diana's Hallmark is a nice store. They carry a selection of unique gifts for adults and kids. The staff is helpful and efficient.

Becky's Hallmark Shop creates their own return policies since they are a franchise and do not have to follow the Hallmark Corporate Return policy. They are also biased and prejudice in their decision making when it comes to accepting returns. Their signs are purposely vague and the return policy is not listed on the receipt. This allows them to customize their decisions and make exceptions as they feel. Contemporary retailers have at the very least a 30 day return policy with a receipt. Not here. The workers were very snobby and staring at my children the entire time we were in the store, acting as if they were going to mess things up or steal things. I couldn't event look at ornaments with out them staring. Very unprofessional. We felt very unwelcome.

I appreciate sales attendants who are polite, helpful, cheerful, and, especially, who say "thank you" when I place money in their hands! Every time I visit Deede's Hallmark, I am greeted and attended by wonderful staff members. When I ask for directions to a particular item, they stop and lead me to the correct spot rather than just point. The manager is also friendly and helpful. I love browsing in this store. They're very knowledgeable. They're the only pharmacy that always has my medicine in stock. They're very nice and quick. Best pharmacy all around!
Always friendly greeting when I walk in. They ask if they can help me find anything in particular. I usually know what I need, but if I don't they are very quick to help me to get to the right area. I shop here for all my cards and other special gifts. I love this store!!
Beth Ann's Hallmark is amazing. The owner's are wonderful people who care about their customers. The selection of beautiful product is awesome. I can spend an hour just browsing. I have been going here for years and have NEVER had an issue. I won't go anywhere else.
