A fun store with a lovely shopping experience. The shop's employee was helpful and joyful,along suggestions and letting me know about the rewards program. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Very disappointed with this place. I been ordering Keepsakes Ornaments for year's. This year I gave them my wish list. I checked 5 times and they still screwed me out of the limited Quantity Lionel New York Central 700E Hudson Locomotive Gold Edition. Not very happy at all. What is the point of doing a wish list if you don't get want you checked off. This is twice this happened. I didn't get it last year either. My wish list was in around July or Beginning of August.
