Dishonest service, bad attitudes This business pulled a bait-n-switch on me and others too. Got in a fight with my wife, ordered some flowers for a peace offering and they delivered some wilted crap that wasn't even the right kind of flowers. Then when I called them to complain, all I got was attitude and they tried to blame it on me. Lousy flowers and lousier service.
Awesome, professional and prompt. Just as I asked. Chico Florist offered me professional service when I called to send flowers to my friend. My friend called immediately to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was. It was delivered on the date I asked and the flowers were just as I chose over the phone. My friend even sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was bigger and better than I had expected.
