I have never written a negative review before but feel compelled to do so after my experience at Jan's. I will preface my review by saying that I am a 39 year old woman who wears a size 10/12. I noted my size and preferences upon booking my appointment. When I arrived at the store I was paired with Ivy who was my sales associate.
