Anything less than 5 stars is inconceivable. Mike is very serious about his trade, but very laid back. He is very honest and super thorough. He tells you what you need and what you'll need in the future, based on your driving habits. Bottom-line, you won't be worried if you're going to ask, does my car really need this ?
