My daughter has paid a deposit for her dress. Every effort has been made to make contact. The web site is down and the phone is not answering. It would be great to know what is going on. After making an appointment we are standing at the front of the shop with no one there. Is this shop still doing business? Please contact us.
I want to start off by saying Grace was wonderful. However the entire process of making my wedding dress was just awful. You first made my overskirt a completely different colour. Then you made my dress extremely short. Every error that I wanted fixed was met with a completely new issue. I had a very bad experience in this shop. First of all, this was the only shop that didn't let us take photos. Taking photos of the dresses helps the bride to take a thorough decision, as we usually go back home and look at the photos again to compare and decide. We would have accepted this "No photos" rule anyway, but the weird thing was that after saying we couldn't take photos, the lady who was serving us blinked and whispered we could take photos quietly.
