Horrible customer service dropped off a chainsaw paid $50. Then they called me with an estimate told me it could take a year because parts on backorder went to go pick up the chainsaw. They didn't even put it back together And said if they put it back together it would cost more. What a racket Janneys used to have a good name. All they want is your money, no customer service . Dealing with the owner you would expect more. I would never recommend this place
