Any questions we had, she answered thoroughly and patiently. The office staff was also kind and professional, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Ferdous is very caring. She listens carefully in oder to plan and adjust a course of action. Her explanations are clear, and she is always willing to go the extra distance. After a year confusion and medication reactions, she has given me my life back.
