Incredibly rude and incompetent staff. Would recommend going elsewhere.
They don't allow walk ins.
Not a good experience with this COVID testing centre. Waited 3.5hours for a PCR test and now 72 hours later, I still have not got my results. I tried calling the hotline, and they wont even answer. Message says, "we are facing high call volume" then line gets disconnected. So frustrating. My friend went to the Caringbah walk in clinic near coles, the wait was 40 minutes and results back in less than 12 hours.

Great people working there rang health department to let them know how professional the staff are..🙂
