Under care plan with Catherine. Very noticeable improvement in my back movement after 2 visits. After my back injury, i was unable to walk up stairs or even get up from a chair. Now am able to move again thanks to the wonderful treatment of massage to back mussels and gentle spinal activation. And i will continue treatment until full recovery for which i am hopeful
David gives an amazing massage. He has helped fix a range of problems for me including shoulder, neck, back and tennis elbow injuries. He’s skilled and knowledgeable.
