My daughter started seeing her & Janna promotes skipping meals which has led to a significant loss in weight in a very short period of time. I have an issue with promoting eating disorders in young women. Also discussing other patients I would think is a violation of HIPPA. I suggest requesting to see a different provider. Burlington Family Practice as whole is great just NOT this provider.
Janna is an outstanding provider sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate that she holds you accountable in a constructive and compassionate way, which is exactly what a great provider should do. She takes a holistic approach to care, unlike many others who are quick to prescribe medications without truly listening and knowing the cause. Janna is different and shows real concern and it’s clear that she genuinely wants the best for her patients.
