i dont know what happened with the other reviews but we must be talking about entirely different people. Janna helped me with a horrible property management company that refused to give me my security and pet deposit back after the house foreclosed. if it wasnt for her i would have never gotten anything back, or had to pay a ton of money in lawyer fees. This is the right picture on the page. Trust me!! This lady worked on a child support modification for me and was supposed to get my child support lowered. She was bullied in the court room by the mother of my child who had no attorney and got my child support doubled. WTF... really? She cancelled alot of appointments and had me waiting at the court house for hours without calling me to tell me that she could not make it. Attorney never contacted me first. I have paid her and no work was ever done. She takes cases on just to get paid but doesnt intend to do anything on your case.I almost lost my home because of her.
Horrible attoreny. Do not waste your money she will quote you a price but the contract will have a few other things in it and then you wait and wait and wait and nothing.
I am a paraprofessional in the area in which Ms. Gustafson practices law. Her reputation in the community is a good one. I have met Ms. Gustafson and the picture on this page is NOT Janna Gustafson! I believe this page has been created by an imposter or someone trying to do harm to her.
I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. I have not seen any progress since day one of hiring her.
Whatever you do, DO NOT USE this persons. She is a joke. She has been handling my case for 4 years now...YES 4 Yrs..and all I get from her are bills, but no progress on my cases. I am in the Military and stationed overseas, and she takes advantage of that fact. She does not return my calls or responds to my e-mails..this is why my case has gone unresolved for 4 yrs....a simple matter which should have taken 2-3 months tops. DO NOT USE HER. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
This woman is nothing more than a thief posing as an attorney. She takes your money and does nothing for it. My mother paid her 2 years ago for a divorce and a retainer fee. She didnt even file the paper work to get the process started. We both took alot of time off of work to meet her in her office, most of the time we would reach her parking lot and get a phone call that our appt had been cancelled.
