Finding Janna has been so amazing! As someone who had tried everything; regular therapy, 12-step, prayer, and nothing really truly helped, hypnotherapy with Janna has been a wonderful experience that has helped in so many areas of my life that needed a to change. I can’t recommend Janna Gayle enough. Before working with her, I had spent decades in traditional therapy trying to manage severe anxiety, stress, depression, and imposter syndrome. I was gifted sessions with Janna by my best friend, and it truly became one of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received. Janna is an amazing listener and I always feel well cared for with her. She has a calming presence and a way of knowing exactly what I’m saying and what I’m going through. She helped me overcome feelings of unworthiness as an artist, which is no small thing.
