I’ve had much more success with hypnotherapy than regular talk therapy. Janna is very special. She understood me better than I even understood myself and guided me through transforming self discovery. Such a warm, calm, inviting space and person. So thankful to have found her. ☺️
Janna is an amazing listener and I always feel well cared for with her. She has a calming presence and a way of knowing exactly what I’m saying and what I’m going through. She helped me overcome feelings of unworthiness as an artist, which is no small thing. It’s extended into other areas of my life and I find myself reacting in new ways (or rather, NOT reacting) to things that would have given me anxiety in the past. I’m very grateful for Janna.

An amazing and enlightening experience from start to finish. I got past some serious blocks in my life. All the therapy and meditation over the years were moving me in the right direction, but hypnotherapy was like a bazooka, where those other things were like pea shooters. Janna is compassionate, kind, and above all really great at what she does. Highly recommend.
