An amazing and enlightening experience from start to finish. I got past some serious blocks in my life. All the therapy and meditation over the years were moving me in the right direction, but hypnotherapy was like a bazooka, where those other things were like pea shooters. Janna is compassionate, kind, and above all really great at what she does. Highly recommend.
If you’re on the fence about trying hypnotherapy, just do it! Janna is amazing at what she does, and you can tell that she’s very invested in her clients. I got so much more out of our sessions together than I ever did with traditional therapy. Thanks again Janna, for helping me so much on my healing journey!

My review is long overdue, but Janna is truly gifted. I was willing and open to trying something new and different. Janna helped me feel comfortable and safe, while guiding me through the process. I may have been a bit skeptical of what I thought hypnosis was, but it turned out to be a welcome experience that I really responded to.
