Janki has walked us through the entire process with ease and helped us remain calm through out in spite of the lack of experience in selling or buying a home in our life so far. Worked with Janki recently buying our first home. It was a great experience all together. As the other reviewers have noted, Janki is very energetic, as well as extremely knowledgeable in her domain. We have used Janki for our first purchase in Bay Area and it was a pleasant experience and it was so easy that we didn’t feel any stress of Home purchase, thru all the steps of the purchase process she was very precise and was on top of everything I would recommend her in flash if someone ask me for recommendation

We are first time buyers and when we are exploring houses we met Janki and that time after talking to her i some how realized that things will work out well and they in fact did thats why i am happy to write this review. She is having good negotiation skills and gives attention to details, patient, gives all her attention when you ask something, she even takes calls in late nights to discuss the offers and concerns. I would recommend her to any potential home buyer.

Our home search started more than an year ago, where in we met with a few realtors over a few weeks to figure out how the market looked like and get a general feel of it.
