My go-to store for carpet cleaning supplies and equipment. The guys in customer service are ALWAYS kind, helpful, and have answered any questions. Good prices, huge selection, and clean warehouse. FIVE STARS
I never received my full package.Ordered chemicals only one out of 5 came. They say they would call me back but don't or send me to voicemail. They won't give me a tracking number. My package send to wrong address and I can't get a refund or help finding my package. Terrible customer service.
