Very odd communication. Purchased a 3k machine and had a question about it - very simple. Talked to a guy right away he said he’d be a minute. No problem. Redirected 3 more times to the same guy. Never bothered answering or calling back. Called back again to someone who knew nothing about the machine. I basically told him I can tell you know nothing about machines and he decided to stay and ask my what the issue was with a machine he knew nothing about. Waste of time.
