Janine takes the time to listen to you. I had been feeling horrid for a while. I called, got an appointment the next day, was sent for tests and within days I ws told what the issue was. Janine sent me to a rhuemtologist and they now work as a team for me, for my health. I trust her
Janine Ruppert had no interest in helping me with the extreme pain that I am experiencing. She insisted on blood work which I cooperated with. Her recommendation was to go to the emergency room rather than help me. She is useless.
