This office is the best office there is in Westchester...The staff is just extremely helpful and efficient, pleasant, and a real pleasure to work with. Dr. Janine Kelly is actually an amazing and brilliant Doctor. The reason you may have to wait is because she is very thorough with her patients...I was once told, you know you have a good Dr. when you have a wait. My cousins always have to wait almost an hour to see the doctor. She is 80 and her husband is 98. The doctor scolded them when they were five minutes late for an appointment. The office staff are rude and don't seem to care about their patients, just talking on the phone. I finally transferred them to another doctor, and the new doctor is still waiting to get their records. Both the new doctor and I faxed request forms at least three times, and I have made 16 phone calls trying to get the records sent. It has now been two mo... read more
