Never on time, or even close. Stopped prescribing a medication that should have been slowly reduced rather than just stopping it cold. Due to long term muscular skeletal issues it should not have been discontinued. On my 3rd appointment I wanted 1 hr 20 minutes and she was still not in the room with me. I wasn't informed of any delays by her staff. I have never walked out of an appointment before, but I just got up and left. She never called to find out why and neither did her staff. Dr. Kasch called in an rx for me when it was needed and she isn't me dr. She helped me out in a very scary and frustrating situation. She was wonderful! She is getting some treats and a big thank from me and I am going to request her be my primary Dr. Thank you!!!!

Came in with my sister for health appraisal. Great attention given and direct answers we could understand. So impressed I've decided to change my doctor to her practice. She even called my sister personally to follow up after a visit.
Didn't listen, disrespectful and actually laughed at me.
