DO NOT BOOK HERE. Booked in for an appointment online for 345pm. Turned up early and waited in queue and behind a gentleman, he was spoken to and the staff went back to their client that was getting hair coloured. I waited another few minutes and was then seen. (This is all fine) I was then told that they were too busy to cut my hair and that i was 3 minutes late for my appointment and she would not cut my hair. Went in for a haircut. Asked for just a tiny bit off the top. Did not listen and took all off top. Extremely and utterly disappointed
Was just walking by this place the other day, when I saw the owner was lashing out at one of his employees. Some lady customer stood up for the employee , then the owner started screaming and cussing at the lady customer. Not the first time I've seen the owner treat people so abhorrently. Doubt it will be the last. Save yourself the trouble don't come here
It was a nice experience with this salon. IOANA did the styling for me. Loved her work and service. Not busy. Walk in available.
