Dr. Chamberlin is a perfectly fine care provider. I have had very positive experiences with several nurses at this office as well. On the other hand, the front office staff (L and CV specifically) are totally unprofessional. Appointment was cancelled 7 days before date after I waited 2 months for it. Staff was rude and unhelpful. If I hadn't gotten my insurance involved, it would've taken me 3 months to finally be seen for my first appointment with my PCP. I am a 64-year-old disabled Army veteran. So when I say this is the worst encounter I’ve had with a doctor, that says a lot. I was injured in the Middle East while serving with the 82nd Airborne Division. Luckily I was one of the fortunate sons that came back alive. My doctor wouldn’t know that because she never bothered to ask. Instead when I asked for a refill on my pain medication she responded with a judgmental “I don’t do that” not a single inquiry about what is going on or even why I need them. Terrible staff they have no respect for your time or suffering, literally have to do their job constantly. For example: do you need them to fax anything to a supplier or specialist? Be prepared to call both parties upwards of 3 times because her staff cant do the things they say they will. This ends up in you being on hold for hours in total. One of the worst PCP's and staff I've ever seen they're a disgrace
