I went to Chamberlain for about 8 years before my insurance recently stopped covering her. She’s an incredible doctor. She’s very kind and listens very well. I always felt heard and cared about. She was helpful in getting referrals and suggesting medications to try to solve issues. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had, I’m very sad that I won’t be able to see her anymore. She was always very thorough in providing healthcare and anyone considering her should 100% choose her.
GREAT DOCTOR! I put 1 star because the staff there are so incompetent. My insurance has been calling and faxing them for a prior authorization since December 29th and NO response from the office staff. It is now Jan. 20th. I've also called and gotten no where. I really wish Dr. Chamberlin would find better staff.
Horrible communication. Called about a dozen times throughout a 3 week span and got no answer. Their voicemai box is full so I also cannot leave a message. Only way to contact them is to show up.
Dr. Chamberlin and the NP Jake have a good bedside manner, but that's all I can say on the positive for this office. I have been trying for over a year to get a referral and have requested it four times. Each time it was rejected by the specialist because it was prepared incorrectly by this PCP office, written for a permanently closed specialist office, or written for a specialist office not in my network at all. I have to leave this review simply because I have been trying to contact the office for over a couple weeks by phone and their online portal with no response. I’m hoping that this message delivers to them and that they do not ignore appointment requests or calls for future patients. I must note I have been a patient to this office for about five years and have no issues with Dr. Chamberlin or nurse practitioner Jacob. However, since it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office I am forced to find a new doctor.
