I started taking Pilates with Janie Jennings two years ago. It has made a world of difference in my flexibility and balance and has also improved the aches and pains I was having in my shoulders, neck, and hips that had resulted from of a career sitting behind a desk using a computer. I cannot recommend Janie Jennings and her Pilates studio enough! Janie's extensive knowledge of the body and how it works truly sets her apart, providing a level of one-on-one attention that's hard to find anywhere else. Her mantra, “It works if you work it!” resonates throughout her classes, where she meticulously emphasizes proper form and technique.
