I saw Dr. Liu twice this past summer after I had complications from an orthopedic surgery. She listened carefully, documented my complaints and her findings accurately, and sincerely cared about my situation and how to make things better. I think she and her staff are an asset to Kaiser and I felt as if I was in good hands--which is healing as well.

I feel so cared for by Dr. Liu. While being very knowledgeable and attentive she also shares a warm and caring demeanor which makes me feel so comfortable. I also love her nurse Phoenessa-she is wonderful. I hope she will always be my doctor.
I love my doctor and her assistant both are very knowledgeable and I wouldn't change my doctor for nothing
