I've loved Janie and Jack for years, and usually just shop online but I had the pleasure of visiting this store recently and had such a great experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming, even with our unruly toddler. Bibi was a tremendous help, pulling sizes, making recommendations, finding matching accessories. She was an absolute pleasure to shop with!

All the employees at this store have gone above and beyond to help us get the right outfits for my boys. I am horrible with names but Associates 74 and 620 have been awesome to deal with. My kiddos are growing so fast that it's hard to find their sizes. They helped us find what we needed and mailed it to our home just in time for the all white party that we are attending. Thank you ladies.

Never answers the phone and extremely poor in store customer service. You would think it was a low income based store.
