Monday one of the employees refused to accept my return, saying the item was from the outlet. I was surprised, as my husband always shops at the Millenia location. To clarify, I went to the Premium , where they reviewed my receipt and confirmed that the purchase was indeed from Millenia and that the return could be processed there. I went to the store this morning to buy an outfit for my daughter. When we walked in, a loud employee greeted us by shouting “welcome,” but after that, neither she nor the other employee offered any help or assistance. We were completely ignored. You also have to specifically ask them to match the online price—otherwise, they won’t do it. The online price is almost always about 50% cheaper. Honestly, it’s better to shop at the outlets, where prices are already 25% off and the staff are much nicer.

Don’t forget to ask them to match the online price! Today, I’m not sure if the associate was new or if the team has changed, but she refused to match the online price and seemed unaware of what I was referring to. The employee’s name was Deria or Decena (I’m not completely sure), and she was on the phone when we walked in. I’ve been shopping here since my son was born and have usually received good customer service. However, the last two times .
