I would give her a zero if it was an option. I was having a hard time in my life and she actually told me she couldn't help me and I needed a "crisis manager". Ummm NO, I needed a professional, licensed therapist that could help me (mentally) deal with my problems. And my problems weren't so bad that I needed a crisis manager. I will never forget her unwillingness to help me amd her cold shoulder. Don't waste your time.
I've been to Dr. Walker a handful of times. I'm not sure she has listened to a single thing I have told her as she is busy typing away on her keyboard, or answering personal phone calls while she is in session with you. She is not very professional, and seems to ask the same questions over and over even when you have already told her the story. I have since found another counselor who I believe will take better care of me, and will actually remember my name.
