Janice is very welcoming, personable, & accommodating to whatever issue you may have. Thorough and ostensive with remedy recommendations.
She diagnosed my mom with COPD and never told her to see a pulmonologist. She never talked to her about what to do. She over prescribed BP medicine. Wellness visits were a joke. She read off of the screen. No compassion. My mom is now in respiratory distress and heart failure.
Dr Chan genuinely cares about her patients. She listens and gives medical advice appropriately.
I feel very comfortable with her being my PCP. She doesn't rush you out the door and her staff is very good too. I would highly recommend her.
