The overtly nasty stares and abrasive language and tone from the front office lady with the big hair or afro. of the staff , upon my husband'S arrival for his appt. I drove my husband two hours ahead of time because l have not had to drive in over twenty years, as l get lost easily because my husband does most of the driving. The office assistant is not very responsive. Ms. Trent doesn't give you many options for the best devices or explain the full capabilities of the device. It appears like a scam almost, she told me that I could only get batteries and hearing adjustment through her. The devices have software where you can make your own adjustments and the batteries for all devices can be brought on Amazon. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST PLEASE.

Office Assist!!!! Frustrating! I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Trent and her assistant Judith doesn’t seem to know Dr. Trent schedule. She kept giving me different dates and then telling me well no actually she’s book up to another month at both offices. She is only available Friday’s at one office and Wednesday’s at another. It shouldn’t be this hard to get/schedule an appointment. If you can’t get pass the assistant, you can’t see the doctor.

Dr. Trent has been my audiologist for years, helping me manage progressive hearing loss. Very caring - responsive to the emotional challenges of hearing loss. She and her staff are fantastic!
