My husband had an appointment and when he got there, there was a sign permanently closed. Just as well, they sucked
Terrible! Dr. Janice Buckley was a very kind physician when we met, but she spoke too much, worked too slow and has no regard for her patient's time -- especially those who have to get to work. Her staff was extremely rude when I asked about the delay, and it has now taken me 2 months to obtain copies of my records to transfer to another doctor, because "Dr. Buckley has not had time to add her notes" from a single, isolated visit. I only wish there was a ZERO RATING!
She doesn't listen very well, and she like to catch a attitude . I feel this is not fair to me. I was in pain and needed antibiotics, she would not prescribe them to me I had to go to urgent care to get the help I needed. She's my PCP I feel I should be able to come to her.
Dr Buckley is the best!..
She is very friendly but she doesn't listen very well. I came in with chest pain and admitted that it may have been a possible anxiety attack but no tests were made to make sure I didn't have heart problems. I am diabetic with blood pressure issues and family history. I had also requested a referral to see a therapist and never recieved a call back.
