I would not recommend Dr. Keating. I had an appointment with her a couple of years ago and the 1st thing she said to me after walking in the door was "Their is nothing I can do to help you." This was based off a conversation that she had with my Primary Care Physician who sent me there for help with my condition that I have been suffering with for several years. She spent about 5 minutes with me and then sent me on my way. This was a complete waist of my time. I don't trust anyone with so little compassion.
My experience with Dr. Keating and her entire staff has been wonderful. They have all been courteous and helpful. I love Dr. Keating and het staff.
Called a wk ago for a test to be faxed to surgeon. It was not done!!!! I’m sitting in my car (due to the virus) in 82* heat waiting for this office to fax a report that was supposed to have already been faxed! I’m not happy about the person that told me last wk she would fax it. My name is Shirley White dob 2/25247 Please do your job, please !
ABSOLUTELY?? I have been seeing Dr. Keating for approximately 5 years for normal checkups, having thankfully been referred to her by my G.P., and find her exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. I started seeing her after moving back from Dallas and find her as professional as my wonderful, outstanding neurologist there. My appointments are a pleasure! I would highly recommend her!!!
