I've been seeing Dr. Miyakawa for years. She is caring, absolutely respectful, extremely knowledgable, and I'm truly blessed to have found her. I'm one of those 'white coat' patients, but with Dr. Miyakawa, she always puts me at ease. You'll be fortunate to have her as your physician.
Dr. Miyakawa is a doctor who wholeheartedly cares for her patients. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I have had the best medical care, while also making me feel comfortable in the process. She is a brilliant doctor with a true passion for the practice.
If I could give less than one star I would. Not only is this woman unfit to be a doctor as she does not follow the basic and fundamental oaths of being a doctor like DO NO HARM. She is insensitive, uneducated, and misinformed when it comes to anything pertaining to mental health. If you or a loved one is battling mental health, DO NOT go to this woman. A horrible person to the core aside from lacking major bedside manner skills. I am sure that there are many that have suffered at her hands.
Dr. M is not only a well-educated doctor she is also a wonderful human being who cares deeply about her patients. I have been seeing her for over 34 years since she delivered my baby. Even though I moved 40 miles away I have continued to see her because she has no equal.
