Everyone there is kind and caring
Waited an hour in infusion room before being acknowledged. Had to ask, "have I been forgotten?" Was supposed to be an hour and a half, was an hour. 15 minutes of beeping because air in line, completely ignored, while nurse socialized. Was scheduled for a doc visit one month later vs 1 year or possibly 6 months later. Scheduler said 2x a year now vs 1 but couldn't explain why. Supposed to be every 5 weeks.
