Gosh I was a little nervous because she was new to me and I didn't want to change my previous doctor because I had developed such a comfort with my doctor "Bony" But my new Doctor was today and I developed her in my head... Thank you for being compassionate to me having never met me before, for being comforting in my lowest moment, and above all, taking care of me during my operation and ensuring I would have a smooth recovery. Thank you Dr. Teixeira.
She is the best gynecologist I've ever had !! Very kind and helpful and intelligent and experienced. However I just called to confirm an August appt and was told she would not be in during August. So I asked should I change the appt? Then I'm told she's leaving the practice. I ask when? Am told the end of this week. I'm a bit shocked, I asked was I going to be notified of losing my doctor? My first appointment was scheduled a year ahead of time for April. I arrived and waited 20 minutes before I was told the doctor was running late, perhaps another half hour, perhaps longer. I asked if I could reschedule and did so for May 10th. Again, I arrived on time to find there were two patients ahead of me and one had already been waiting 40 minutes.
