Utterly disappointed. She cancelled two of my appointments . It’s irritating to take a day off from work and then you get cancelled the last minute. Plus the next appointment goes three months later only to be cancelled again. What kind of place is this? Can someone else substitute you if you cannot honor the appointment?! Neglectful and unprofessional.
Dr Jani has been my primary physician for two years and she is terrific. She is curious, asks about more than just medical facts, really interested in all the influences that are effecting my health. Her staff is helpful and they are readily accessible. I wish I had found her earlier!
This dr spends a lot of time with you, but does very little to support your health. The office always bills things wrong or tries to nickle and dime you which wastes hours on the phone with their billing staff and instance. Do not recommend. Summit Health is for profit.
Dr. Jani is a wonderful doctor. I love her! She is caring, intelligent, and absolutely thorough. It's so important to have a solid primary care doctor and I'm so relieved to have Dr. Jani. She is also my husband's doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Jani!
