I've been getting tested here weekly-ish since my employer stopped offering testing onsite. It's an odd space - the "clinic" is a table set up in a tiny back foyer - but it's legit. You register online, get a QR code via email, they scan the code, give you a test kit with instructions, you swab yourself and drop the vial in a box by the door. This is a swab-yourself test collection site. There was no line to get the test kit when we went, while there was a line stretching for blocks at the pharmacy nearby. Seemed a little sketchy at first --- two people sitting right inside the door of a small commercial building, dressed in sweats, handing out test kits (with the requisite QR code scanner and what not) --- but they said the business was affiliated with Exact Science, which made me feel like it was at least legit.
