If I could give zero stars, I would. Disastrous experience from start to finish. Arrogant, incompetent staff, and completely disinterested in the customer's needs. No transparency, broken promises, endless delays, and almost nonexistent communication. They sell you a dream only to rip you off later. Run away from this dealership if you value your money, your time, and your sanity. A disgrace to the industry.

I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealer on May 29, 2025. Less than 2 weeks later, the battery died. No support, no assistance, even after contacting them. They hide behind the "no warranty" claim, but completely ignore the minimum level of responsibility that a professional seller should have. Very disappointed with their after-sales service. Avoid if you're looking for a minimum of reliability.
I got a great deal on an 05 Mustang Convertible, which was long my dream car. The staff at JANEX Auto are very professional and ensured I was informed every step of the way in the buying process. No BS, no upcharging and no problems. Bravo JANEX Auto!
I was in a bit of a bind and needed to close on a 2nd vehicle fast. Randy and team were super accommodating, helpful, and transparent. I've had horrendous experiences with "used car dealers" in the past and this was the opposite.
