Went to the hospital for my baby..i give all 5 stars to the RN and Doctor. They were really patient and listened to our concerns. Doctor took really fair amount of time during the consultation and did thorough examination for my baby and that made us relieved. Now, regarding the waiting times..we arrived at 4am..got triage, registered all done in next 30 to 45 mins. Then waited till 5.30 and got Doctor's consultation. Visiting from New York, and my son broke his arm. We spent 2 different days at the Janeway and couldn’t have asked for more amazing care. Every nurse & doctor was kind, patient, attentive and professional. We hope they know how much we appreciated their care. They went above and beyond.
Please, employ one more doctor, because one doctor is not enough for very big clinic, people must waiting for 6 hours!
