terrible. in august i called 988 who transferred me to 811, they called 911 and had to go to the er, i told them i had an active plan to take my life and they just told me to call 811 and sent me home. then im october i called 811, they called 911 and i went to the er and told them i had THREE plans to take my life, i was sent home and told to call 811. a week later i attempted to take my life, was in there for 11 hours and guess what? sent home and told to call 811. i attempted again the beginning of this month (december) a... read more

Can't wait to go again! Being in and out of hospitals, this was the first time we didn't feel like a burden or had staff dehumanize us during the visit. We only do appointment visits, never ER. Before coming to this hospital we would waited 36 hours for a prescription of IV steroids Had doctors Google the meds needed in front of us. Had nurses throw urine sample jars at us and tell us to call the non-existent GP. Almost killed twice from not paying attention to the meds on and prescribing ones that don't work. Worst experience of my life. I have been sitting in this damn hospital for 5 straight hours without being seen. I have a damn sling on my arm and get the nurses are like “oh yeah he’s fine” I’m not fine I’ve been sitting in agony for 5 hours with people who have been there 10 minutes being seen before me. I would rather sit at home and be put into the oven at 400° then go to this place again
