Very disappointed 😞. She cancelled my appointment the day of only a couple hours before and then begrudgingly gave me a slot the next day at 7:30 am. She mentioned she had things to do and was clearly in a rush. She didn’t take the time to brush through my hair before blow drying so any tangled hair was tugged and pulled on, and she was doing that so aggressively, it really hurt. I am very happy to have found Janet through Groupon. She is very good and talented stylist. She is great as a colorist as well. She listens well to your needs and concerns and is very attentive in her service.
