Very disappointed 😞. She cancelled my appointment the day of only a couple hours before and then begrudgingly gave me a slot the next day at 7:30 am. She mentioned she had things to do and was clearly in a rush. She didn’t take the time to brush through my hair before blow drying so any tangled hair was tugged and pulled on, and she was doing that so aggressively, it really hurt.
