Return call back was extremely rude vague and elusive in any type of answers. If you want to be interrupted and have a disrespectful women to try to talk over you while you're speaking I recommend calling them.
They seem to do a pretty good job. We've been using them for last 4 or 5 years. Knowledgeable about septics. They do not have anyone to dig down to septic opening so you must do that yourself.
As part of buying our home, a repair was needed on the tank and in order to make the repair, the tank had to be pumped. They showed up to pump the tank and never made the repair. I was verbally told they will do the fix for a certain price which included a repumping of the tank only to be told now they won’t honor it. They’re now saying something about escrow (I’m not even sure how they would know anything about our closing).
