Return call back was extremely rude vague and elusive in any type of answers. If you want to be interrupted and have a disrespectful women to try to talk over you while you're speaking I recommend calling them.
They seem to do a pretty good job. We've been using them for last 4 or 5 years. Knowledgeable about septics. They do not have anyone to dig down to septic opening so you must do that yourself.
